Jonty began his career as a serial entrepreneur and has built deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and business transformation through leadership roles at Oliver Wyman, Marsh & McLennan, FTI Consulting, Arthur J. Gallagher, and Long Arc Capital.

Prior to joining AxxonSoft, Jonty was an Executive in Residence at Long Arc Capital, where he built and led the Go-to-Market Center of Excellence for its portfolio firms. He has driven multiple successful exits for PE-backed companies and executed high-impact growth strategies across sales, marketing, and operations, with expertise in enterprise SaaS, security technology, and AI-driven automation.

Jonty holds a B.S. in International Studies from Vassar College and an M.B.A. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
