Master of Law, Pawel has 20 years of experience in the security industry. Previously worked with JVC, Motorola, Maxon.

During his 23-year career, he has managed distribution companies, system integrators, and manufacturers. Since 2008 he has been associated with AxxonSoft, first as a distributor, and since 2013 as the President of AxxonSoft Poland.

From 2017 Pawel developed AxxonSoft structures in Europe as a Business Development Director, and from 2021 he is the President of AxxonSoft Europe.
