Axxon (former ITV) supports Vlado Damjanovski's open seminar in Moscow

On October 18th, an open seminar of Vlado Damjanovski, a world leading expert in video surveillance and CCTV, took place in Moscow within the frame of Interpolytex-2006 international forum. The event was organized and sponsored by Axxon (former ITV). Main subjects of the seminar were network video surveillance, integrated security systems, standards in CCTV as well design and testing of video surveillance systems and their components. Great attention has been paid to physical background of CCTV equipment functioning.

Over 100 participants came from all parts of Russia and CIS countries. Moscow , Saint Petersburg, Krasnodar, Kislovodsk, Volgograd, Samara, Ufa, Tyumen, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Surgut as well as Minsk, Riga and Tallinn were represented. To mention some companies: GUM Trading, Giprotruboprovod, AAM Systems, Satro-Paladin, Soling, LUIS+, Komis, Bolid, Planir, Centr-ST (VIDEOGLAZ).

Editor-in-charge of Grotec publishing house also visited the event conducting an interview for "Security Systems" magazine being the leading inter-branch periodical addressed to management boards and expert pools of security industry customer companies of large/medium range.

A vivid interest has been paid to the seminar, and most of participants' responses were highly positive. Listeners found the seminar both interesting and useful. Some improvement propositions were formulated: to pay more attention to practical aspects including system adjustment techniques. Vlado was also proposed to conduct an online Q&A seminar on newest trends in CCTV since his rich practical experience is considered the point of interest of permanent CCTV users.

In general, Vlado Damjanovski is content with the event commenting it: "It was extremely good, the attention was excellent. People were asking very good questions which make me believe people are listening that is most important thing for me. It was extremely exciting experience for me and I am very grateful to all the people who organized my seminar here in Europe. I think I will remember this event for a lifetime". In the evening, Vlado departed to Kiev where a similar seminar has been scheduled for Bezpeka 2006 international exhibition.
