12 to 14 November marked the Sicurezza 2014security exhibition in Milan, Italy.
Sicurezza is a major event for the Italian security industry, covering new technologies in fire safety, video surveillance, cybersecurity, and anti-terrorism.
With a history extending more than 30 years, the exhibition serves as a reliable indicator of the latest industry trends. Sicurezza offers more than just a well regarded platform for demonstrating state-of-the-art technologies and IT solutions. As a gathering place in its own right, the event is an excellent venue for signing new contracts, engaging in dialog with relevant national and international organizations, and participating in conferences and seminars. Participants and industry leaders are able to exchange insights and predictions on the security market going forward.
Sicurezza has regularly gathered the representatives of key world players and attracts more and more of them with each year: at Sicurezza 2014, 418 exhibitors from 33 countries were in attendance, in addition to over 16,000 guests (experts and professionals) from 62 countries.
AxxonSoft was present at the event via the stands of the company's official distributors Allnet.Italia, Advanced Innovations, Ritar and Euro Group. Demos included two AxxonSoft products already well known to European clients and vendors: the Axxon Next VMS, based on an open platform, and Axxon Intellect PSIM software platform, which allows creating comprehensive, infinitely scalable surveillance systems tailored to the needs of diverse sites.
Following on success at recent events in Germany, Belgium and France, AxxonSoft used the opportunity in Italy to reinforce its position as a leader in security management software. The company is actively expanding on the European market, making the most of such international events in the region to "make the case" for AxxonSoft technologies, as well as establish and reinforce relationships with clients and partners. Sicurezza 2014 was an excellent opportunity in this regard and AxxonSoft looks forward to building on this momentum.
