With a track record of scaling companies and leading successful exits in the enterprise SaaS and security technology sectors, Jonty has played a key role in shaping transformative businesses. Prior to joining AxxonSoft, he served as an Executive in Residence at Long Arc Capital, where he built and led the Go-to-Market Center of Excellence for its portfolio firms. He has also held leadership roles at Oliver Wyman, Marsh & McLennan, FTI Consulting, and Arthur J. Gallagher, driving high-impact growth strategies across sales, marketing, and operations.
